Service Employee in Denmark

We are looking for a responsible and flexible Service Employee for a varied position with responsibility for the daily service and practical operations at our premises in Strandgade.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working day, works independently, and takes pride in creating well-organised and presentable surroundings for employees, guests, meetings and events.

Your responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Cooking and preparing meals

• Planning and preparing dinners in connection with meetings, events and special occasions

• Preparing, arranging and serving food and refreshments at meetings, dinners and events

• Purchasing food, beverages, cleaning supplies and other necessary items

• Planning purchases and managing stock levels

• Daily cleaning and tidying of the kitchen, meeting rooms, offices, restrooms and other common areas

• Ensuring that the premises are always clean, tidy and presentable

• Preparing meeting rooms before and after meetings

• Welcoming and assisting guests

• Washing dishes and cleaning up after meetings, dinners and events

• Other practical and service-related tasks connected with the daily operations

About you

We expect that you:

• Have experience with cooking and general kitchen duties

• Have experience with, or are willing to undertake, cleaning and practical service tasks

• Have a strong sense of quality, order and attention to detail

• Are service-minded and welcoming

• Are able to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks

• Are good at planning and structuring your working day

• Are flexible regarding working hours

• Are prepared to work evenings when required in connection with dinners, meetings and events

Experience from restaurants, hotels, catering, facility services or a similar service role is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Position: Full-time

Working hours: Working hours will be scheduled according to the company’s activities and may include both daytime and evening work in connection with meetings, dinners and events.
