TP in Greece collaborates with Booking.com, one of the largest online travel agencies. 😎As a Booking.com Customer Support Specialist, you will be able to assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries and guide them through their dream destinations. 🌍What you will be doing:
- Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users.
- Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users inquiries.
- Research travel options tailored to each customer’s preferences.
- Modify reservations based on client needs.
- Process payments and travel cancelations.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Danish.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail.
- Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes.
- Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated.
