Experienced Kitchen Staff – Ellis Deli, Vesterbro

Ellis Deli is a New York-inspired neighbourhood deli located at Enghave Plads in the heart of Vesterbro. We serve proper deli food made from scratch, with a focus on great ingredients, bold flavours and a relaxed, informal atmosphere.

We’re looking for an experienced kitchen staff member to join our team.

You don’t need a fancy title or a long CV, but you do need solid experience from a professional kitchen. You should be comfortable working independently, keeping your station organised and delivering consistent quality – also when service gets busy.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience working in a professional kitchen

• Can work independently and take responsibility during service

• Has a good understanding of prep, mise en place and kitchen hygiene

• Works efficiently and stays organised under pressure

• Cares about quality, consistency and good ingredients

• Is reliable, flexible and contributes positively to a small team

• Is comfortable communicating in English
